Creating a Sacred Space at Home

Transform a corner of your home into a peaceful space for prayer, journaling, or scripture reflection. It doesn’t need to be fancy — just intentional.

You don’t need an entire room or a Pinterest-perfect setup to make space for God — you just need intention.

Try this: Choose a small area (even a chair and a side table will do). Add a candle, a journal, your Bible, or a scripture card. Make it yours. It’s not about the décor — it’s about showing up there with expectancy.

When you designate a space for devotion, you’re telling your soul: This matters. Over time, that spot becomes holy ground — not because it’s grand, but because it becomes a meeting place with God.

“But Jesus often withdrew to lonely places and prayed.” — Luke 5:16
